Airport Solutions
Purific recognises that confidence is required before travel fully recommences. Purific provides solutions that will ensure confidence in air travel, providing a whole of airport solution. Tunnels can be deployed at terminal entry points to ensure that passengers, staff, concession supplies and baggage are hygienically cleaned proactively before entering the airport terminal. Sanitisation stations would be deployed within the terminal. These stations will sanitise the entire space including areas that are not directly exposed to the nozzle decreasing disease without interfering with day to day activity. The following solutions all offer increased biosecurity to aviation.
Portable Gate Unit
Airline operating from airports that do not yet have a complete Purific solution may deploy our small portable tunnel with built-in functionality, designed to be transported manually from gate to gate.
Screening Decontamination
Designed to operate with a standard security baggage belt this unit proactively decontaminates carry-on items in the possession of passengers or staff and other goods, including food into the sterile area and the trays in which the items are carried. It can also be attached to x-ray machines operated by Australian Border Force or AQIS for inbound operations.
Hold Baggage or Catering Decontamination
Purific recognises that ramp staff in Australia have been on the front line of COVID infection. This unit is designed to protect staff from infection associated with checked baggage or passengers collecting baggage from arrival baggage belts. Designed to fit over hold stowed baggage, this tunnel provides full coverage of sanitizing solutions on all surfaces of the baggage.
Alternatively the same unit can be adapted to be used in catering centres to decontaminate catering supplies.
Baggage Trolley Decontamination
COVID 19 viruses can remain on surfaces for many hours after contamination, Purific ensures that airport trollies are proactively decontaminated between passengers using a specialist decontamination unit.
Airport Terminals
Purific sanitisation stations would be deployed throughout the terminal. These stations are designed to promote hygiene by proactively disinfecting the air and surfaces. Provided that the Purific system is installed and used correctly, the Risk, Cost and Brand Damage of Deep Cleaning is avoided. The system is capable of disbursing the Purific solution to cover the whole space to provide ongoing maximum protection. Depending on room or space size, the initial clean takes between 10 to 30 minutes and the room may be occupied during this cleaning process. The tower will continue operating to proactively maintain a hygienically clean space.
